No it has not been resolved! I simply want to receive the emails on special dinners at Bonefish on Bower Pkwy Columbia SC just like the ones you send me on Carrabbas in Columbia SC to my email johnrenshaw@***.netI dine at Bonefish every Wednesday a la Dine Rewards, check it out.
I dine at Bonefish Bower Parkway Columbia SC every Wednesday (check my dine rewards account) I do not receive emails from them as I do from sister restaurant Carrabbas in Columbia on Columbiana Drive. Please set me up for emails on Bonefish dinners! Pissed customer

A mixup between the restaurants, but the lady who helped me was outstanding knowledgeable wise. Patient helped me fix everything employee of the month.
No one cares
Someone is using my phone number for their rewards and no one cares. All this talk about privacy and your company doesnt care.

Had dinner at Bonefish on Market St in Maryland on 10/24/24. We used a $75 gift card I had given my husband for his birthday.
We did not get credit for the $75. Then, I saw that gift cards are excluded. Why would we ever buy another card or have our family and friends get them for us if we don't get credit? This seems counterintuitive.
We depend on gift cards due to distance for mailing/giving gifts for celebrating. I believe you need to give credit because someone (in this case me) paid for the card. Also, I have been trying to change my phone number in the app and have not been successful. I will try again.
Please let me know your feelings about this concern.

Change email
My original email bjgrable1@***.com does not exist any more. I cannot get onto it as it has been disconnected.
My new email is bjgrable2@***.com. My phone is the same my address has changed.
I cannot login with my current email but dont want to loose my points. Please help.

The customer service people were extremely helpful and diligently worked to resolve my issue. They were sincere and honest, which I appreciated.
They resolved my issue quickly and worked to assure me that if I had any future concerns or problems they would help me again.
Can’t log in
Everything was resolved! Now Im pissed that I have to write more stuff when there is no longer a problem!!!

Tried to order online and it went down after I singed into the rewards app. Sign up offer also never showed up. Seems like a scam to send spam to your emails.

Why is the website always down?!
Dont they have a backup server like any normal successful business have?
Need to edit profile. Need to change phone to cell number. Dial up phones don't take texts.
Can't sign in. No code sent to my email.
No problem with other emails.
Only have problems with dine rewards. This program doesn't function.

My experience at the restaurant was great . However dine rewards website app and email link are horrible.
I have been trying to access the day before the day of and the day after. Nothing . It buffers. It takes forever.
Its un clickable. I Just want to add my experience to gain my points.
Most likely Im just going to delete it and just enjoy my meals like life should be intended. Now i feel greedy for even downloading to complain

Verified Reviewer |I’ve called 3 times to change the phone number on my account & was told IT IS CHANGED. It’s changed on my acct. but STILL the old number on the website.
My phone number was changed on my account in your computer, but not on the website, so I have no way to see or check my account because the old number is still there after three phone calls. Your website for the customer sucks.
What's with your stupid IT department? They can't get a phone number changed on the website?

I paid $10 each for four certificates, so $40, and it was for Ruma's Deli, which went out of business. I can't even log into the site now.
I spent $40; it was probably four years ago, but I still had the certificates because I never used them. Now I can't even get into the site.
