I have tried to use my Dine Rewards numerous times but always unable to sign in spite of resetting passwords. Its annoying!! I should have at least $100 worth of rewards.

- - Signed up for Dine rewards before our anniversary dinner at Carrabba's, but I was locked out and couldn't use any perks.
I signed up for Dine rewards before our wedding anniversary(Jun 7th) dinner at Carrabba's. Never was able to enjoy any of the perks because I got locked out after some password or verification issue.

We have been members for several yrs. We usually use rewards at Carrabas.
Somehow the wrong phone # is listed. Not a number we know. I tried to sign up for Outback and saw wrong #. So I cancelled the original account and tried to open new account with my correct number and now it says I am blocked.

Had dinner at Bonefish on Market St in Maryland on 10/24/24. We used a $75 gift card I had given my husband for his birthday.
We did not get credit for the $75. Then, I saw that gift cards are excluded. Why would we ever buy another card or have our family and friends get them for us if we don't get credit? This seems counterintuitive.
We depend on gift cards due to distance for mailing/giving gifts for celebrating. I believe you need to give credit because someone (in this case me) paid for the card. Also, I have been trying to change my phone number in the app and have not been successful. I will try again.
Please let me know your feelings about this concern.

My original email bjgrable1@***.com does not exist any more. I cannot get onto it as it has been disconnected.
My new email is bjgrable2@***.com. My phone is the same my address has changed.
I cannot login with my current email but dont want to loose my points. Please help.
